Your beautiful pearls will arrive wrapped snugly in one of our special pouches which we recommend you use to store your pearls because it will help to protect them from scratching. The pouch will be found sitting in one of our fabulous new presentation boxes.

The Jersey Pearl Guarantee Booklet
This informative little booklet will give you handy tips for caring for your pearls so they stay beautiful forever. It also outlines the Jersey Pearl guarantee which runs for a full year after your purchase, if your jewellery develops any defects, either of the workmanship or of the material, we will replace or repair it free of charge. And, if we no longer have that piece in stock, you can exchange it for something similar.
You'll also have 14 days once you've received your pearls to make sure you’re completely happy with them. If they’re not exactly what you are looking for, then you can pop them back to us for a full refund.

Standard Courier Delivery is priced at £4.95 per order | International Courier Delivery is priced £10.00 per order
- UK orders (excluding Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles)* placed on weekdays before 2pm on will arrive the following working day.
- UK orders (excluding Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles)* placed after 2pm on weekdays will be dispatched the following working day to arrive the day after, and orders placed on weekends will be dispatched the following working day to arrive the day after. *Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles deliveries will take 3 working days to arrive.
- International orders will take 5-7 working days to arrive.
- Our deliveries need to be signed for in person.
- Bespoke pieces (strung) will be dispatched within two weeks.

- It can be difficult to be absolutely sure when shopping online, which is why we operate an 'if you don't love it, send it back' policy. This means that you can return any item for a full refund.
- In order to return your item, a Return Authorisation (RA) number must be requested from Jersey Pearl within 14 days of delivery.
- RA numbers can be obtained by emailing us at lovepearls@jerseypearl.co.uk. Once you have received your RA number, please take care to follow the instructions detailed below. Please note that unauthorised returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender.
- We request that all goods being returned from within the UK are returned within 7 days of issuing your RA number. International returns should be shipped within 7 days of issuing your RA number.
- Returns received outside this time frame will be accepted at the discretion of Jersey Pearl.
- Jersey Pearl will not accept returns for any items that have been worn or show any signs of wear and tear. We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
- In the event of failure to return any items to us within the time frame stated, we reserve the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
- Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes will NOT be refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
- Bespoke items, including pieces designed in The Stringing Room, cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstance.

- Refunds will be made within 30 days of delivery of the returned items. The cost of any undamaged and unworn products, correctly returned, will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.
Gift returns and Exchanges
- You can exchange gifts from Jersey Pearl that haven’t been worn or damaged.
