We have identified a potential discrepancy with some pearls from our Pick-a-Pearl oysters whereby some may have fallen below our rigorous quality control standards and be Freshwater pearls rather than Akoya pearls. We are voluntarily offering a complimentary pearl testing service for all Pick-a-Pearl oysters sold between May 2016 and September 2017.
In line with our company core values to Delight People, we are offering to test your pearl, and offer a full refund or replacement if necessary.
