The Jersey Pearl guarantee runs for a full year after your purchase, if your jewellery develops any defects, either of the workmanship or of the material, we will replace or repair it free of charge. And, if we no longer have that piece in stock, you can exchange it for something similar. You'll have 14 days once you've received your pearls to ensure you’re delighted.
We’re devoted to creating exceptional pearl jewellery. Lustre is the name for the shininess of a pearl. We believe that it doesn’t matter if pearls are big, small, white or blue, so long as they have fabulous, iridescent lustre, they will make beautiful pearl jewellery. We guarantee that our pearls have ‘Excellent Lustre’, this is the highest level attainable in the pearl grading system used by the Gemological Institute of America, the world’s foremost authority in gemstone grading
Your beautiful pearls will arrive wrapped snugly in one of our special pouches which we recommend you use to store your pearls because it will help to protect them from scratching. The pouch will be found sitting in one of our fabulous new presentation boxes. The oysters and mussels that grow pearls are ancient, sensitive creatures. Environmental conditions such as pollution or temperature changes can upset them, resulting in poor quality pearls or even lost harvests. Pearl farmers therefore go to great lengths to protect the environment around their farms which has the wonderful side effect of creating areas of incredible natural beauty and biodiversity. In short, pearl farming is great for the environment, but, climate change is threatening pearl growing oysters. We therefore work with The CarbonNeutral® Company to offset the carbon footprint of our pearls by investing in green hydro-electric facilities in Chinese rivers (where a lot of our pearls come from...).
