Pre-Loved & Buy Back

All valuations are subject to a physical inspection and authentication of the jewellery, we therefore request you bring in your pearls to our store in St Ouen or fill in the online form to request an assessment.

Sending through a photograph is part of the initial discussion about your product and is required on the online form. However, we will always need to see your jewellery for an exact valuation.

The valuation takes a couple of weeks. We will look at the condition of the pearls and transfer its value into a gift card for that same amount, for you to spend instore or online.

If we can’t recondition your jewellery, we’ll offer to recycle if for you or send it back, free of charge.

1. 1. The amount offered is not open to negotiation, and we reserve the right to refuse any products at our discretion.
