Pick-a-Pearl
Our flagship St Ouen store has a lovely oyster room where you can pick your own pearl in our Pick-a-Pearl experience. Watch as we grade your pearl, after which you can choose a setting to create a piece of jewellery you can wear again and again. A lovely treat for mum
Design a bespoke bracelet
Our Mix and Match station is the perfect place for mums to enjoy creating their very own bracelet from an array of real pearls. We will string your chosen design and either post your finished item or you can collect it from us here, or our King Street shop.
Discover ancient ruins nearby
Throughout the island, you’ll find some well-preserved prehistoric sites, dolmens and burial mounds. Not far from us, you can walk up to ‘Grantez’ to the Dolmen de Géonnais, a site from 4000 BC, (older than the Pyramids!), which is a passage grave with an unusual rectangular chamber.
Enjoy a walk on St Ouen Beach
St Ouen Beach is Jersey’s longest stretch of sand at 8km and is so vast that you’ll feel small – but in a good way! This beach has so much to offer including great rockpools at low tide right opposite our showroom, and its westerly position makes it perfect for the most theatrical, panoramic sunsets and ocean views you could imagine.
Take photos at Le Don Hilton
Take a stroll into the countryside and look at the iconic Le Don Hilton, a white house nestled in our beautiful landscape and close to the beach. It’s the perfect place for some real Jersey photos and a great way to burn off that extra slice of cake!
