We offer a fantastic personal shopping service to help you find the perfect pearls for you or that lucky someone.

We’re on hand to help you find the perfect piece, so please do get in touch with any questions you might have about choice, fit, colour, delivery or anything else for that matter. Our personal shoppers work closely with the Jersey Pearl Design studio for any bespoke enquiries or sizing requests.

Bespoke, Upcycling and Sizing

Having a bespoke piece made to your individual requirements is a thoroughly rewarding experience which results in the most personal jewellery that you will treasure forever.

Our design studio are on hand to help with sourcing, designing and creating you perfect pearl jewellery and can cater to pretty much any budget. So please do drop us a line to learn more about our complimentary consultation process.

One of the most wonderful things about precious metals and pearl strings is that they’re completely flexible. Pendants can be melted down and transformed into rings or pearl necklaces can be split into bracelets and earrings. This lets you keep wearing your jewellery when fashions change or you want to take more enjoyment from a cherished family heirloom.

If your pearl bracelets, rings or necklaces aren’t quite the right size, whether they’re from Jersey Pearl or not, we can help adjust them so they fit like gloves. Call our design studio 01983 741 603 for more information.

Delivery

Our UK courier service costs £4.90.

  • Orders for delivery in Jersey, that are placed before 2pm, can be delivered that same day – 7 days a week at our standard delivery cost of £4.90.  Simply select this option at the checkout and we’ll be in touch to confirm the estimated time of arrival.  Please note this is only available for those pieces highlighted as ‘Same Day Delivery’.
  • UK and non ‘Same Day Delivery’ Jersey orders placed on weekdays before 2pm will arrive the following working day.
  • UK and non ‘Same Day Delivery’ Jersey orders placed after 2pm on weekdays will be dispatched the following working day to arrive the day after, and orders placed on weekends will be dispatched the following working day to arrive the following day.
  • Orders to the Channel Islands (other than Jersey), Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Scilly Isles will take 3 working days to arrive.
  • Orders from Jersey can also be collected from store that day.

Our international courier service costs £10.

  • International orders will take 5-7 working days to arrive.

Warranty

Each piece of Jersey Pearl jewellery is lovingly hand-crafted using the finest materials and fully guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase subject to the normal conditions of wear and tear.

Pearls do require a little looking after, you can learn how in our Pearl Care section.

Returns & Exchanges

It can be difficult to be absolutely sure when shopping online, which is why we operate an ‘if you don’t love it, send it back’ policy. This means that you can return any item for a full refund.

Refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.

RA numbers can be obtained by emailing us at lovepearls@jerseypearl.com or calling 01534 862 137.

We request that all goods being returned from within the UK are returned within 7 days of issuing your RA number. International returns should be shipped within 7 days of issuing your RA number.

Returns received outside this timeframe will be accepted at the discretion of Jersey Pearl.

Jersey Pearl will not accept returns for any items that have been worn or show any signs of wear and tear. We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

In the event of failure to return any items to us within the time frame stated, we reserve the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes will not be refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

Bespoke items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of delivery of the returned items. The cost of any undamaged and unworn products, correctly returned, will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.

Gift Returns & Exchanges

If you have received an item from Jersey Pearl as a gift or you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item, you are welcome to return it for an exchange. Please email us at lovepearls@jerseypearl.com or call 01534 862 137 to arrange the exchange.

Exchanged items will be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and checked. However, if you see something that you’d like straight away, please do order it over the phone or online and we will refund your original item once we have received it.

If an item isn’t returned to us within 30 days, we reserve the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
