I purchased a pair of earrings for my wife that was part of a set that the necklace was out of stock. I really didn’t expect to be contacted like I was told as customer care seems to be a thing of the past in most places.
I stand contacted! Jursey Pearl did contact me, not only that within 48 hours of being contacted and my payment processed my wife was wearing it.
I must state I’m a not a resident of jursey I’m located in Essex England and was at the time on a weekend break.
