The Hunt is back this half term!

This time, the Hunt boasts a ‘love’ twist and will have you touring the Island cooing over the scenery, scouting out the most romantic spots and practicing making arm ‘love hearts’ for trick shot bonus points.

The event is suitable for all ages, families, couples, and individuals and can easily be completed in an afternoon or in stages throughout half term. There are two quizzes to choose from: one for families and children and a second more challenging quiz. Pick up your Quiz sheets from the Jersey Pearl Café in St Ouen from 10am, Saturday 13th February – you will have until 4pm next Sunday 21st to find the answers, complete the challenges and tag Jersey Pearl in photos on social media for the chance to win a prize. To fuel all the fun, we will be selling takeaway hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and hot rolls from the Café throughout half term.

All funds raised from the participants’ voluntary £5 donations will be used to provide care at the Hospice. Last month, 150 teams took part in the first Scavenger Hunt and raised £2,000 for Jersey Hospice Care, contributing towards almost three days of care for one person at the In Patient Unit.

So let’s have some fun, celebrate our beautiful island and raise more funds!

Jersey Pearl have put in place all the necessary COVID-19 safety measures to ensure Islanders can take part safely and follow the current Government guidelines. This includes ensuring that donations can be received by contactless card payment using one of the Hospice “Tap to Give” devices. Participants are also reminded to take part with members of their household, to maintain social distancing with other participants and to remember their masks.
