Joining us with 25 years’ experience in creating tasty and colourful dishes inspired by fresh Jersey ingredients.
Joao has already revamped some of our favourites and we’ve added his signature risotto to our menu.
By all the dishes we have sampled recently, we’re looking forward to many more.
